1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ResumeFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ResumeFlow is an AI-powered resume builder that helps users create professional resumes through conversational interaction. The Service includes resume generation, ATS optimization, template selection, and PDF export features.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Credit Packs and Payments

ResumeFlow offers credit packs for purchase. Credits are used to access AI features including chat interactions and resume HTML generation.

  • No Refunds: All credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • Credit Expiration: Purchased credits expire 30 days after purchase. If you purchase additional credits before expiration, the expiration date is extended.
  • Free Tier: Free accounts receive 5 credits and are limited to 2 HTML generations. Free credits do not expire.
  • PDF Export: PDF export is available only after purchasing any credit pack. Once unlocked, PDF export remains available indefinitely.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide to the Service, including your resume data, work history, and personal information. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you provide. Do not include false information or content that infringes on others' rights.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist with resume creation. While we strive for accuracy:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output.
  • AI suggestions are recommendations only. Final content decisions are your responsibility.
  • We do not guarantee that AI-optimized resumes will result in job interviews or employment.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Create false, misleading, or fraudulent resumes
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Use automated means to access the Service without our permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by ResumeFlow and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or employment opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits are not refundable upon termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ResumeFlow operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
